about

I founded The Triangle Sessions with a singular mission: to help people find joy and fulfillment in their daily lives.

As a professional dancer, my life has been defined by discipline, dedication, and a strong sense of community. Since 2014, I’ve danced at the Metropolitan Opera, performing in renowned productions like Aida, Don Giovanni, and Turandot. My career has taken me to over 50 countries, where I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with countless casts, crew members, and creative professionals. These experiences have cemented my belief in the power of interactive activities, movement, and human connection.

While dance has been my life's passion, the core of my enthusiasm lies in the integration of mind and body. The principles that make dance captivating—movement, wellness, community, and a love of learning—are equally valuable in the corporate world.

The Triangle Sessions is the culmination of my dedication to dance and well-being, combined with my passion for creating unique, memorable experiences. My extensive background in health, wellness, and hospitality enables me to offer a diverse range of services, all with an emphasis on quality.

I’ve worked with over 100 companies, reaching more than 2,000 individuals across the country and beyond. Through these collaborations, I strive to help professionals feel more connected and inspired in their work and lives.
