  • WHAT’S AN IDEAL GROUP SIZE FOR A TEAM BUILDING EVENT?

    8-15 people is a sweet spot for a team building event. That said, we’ve worked with groups up to 100 and facilitate smaller breakout discussions accordingly.

  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND A FLAT-RATE WELLNESS SESSION?

    As many as you wish. Our flat-rate wellness classes without kits are designed to be easily accessible and inclusive. There’s no maximum, no minimum.

  • IN WHICH REGIONS DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES?

    We’re currently based in the Greater Philadelphia area. However, we’ve hosted in-person events throughout the northeast. We’re happy to travel, although travel fees may apply.

  • DO YOU SHIP KITS INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes and no. It depends on the experience. International shipping fees may apply. We cannot ship alcohol internationally.

  • HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

    We use Square for all invoices. Payment can be made by credit card or ACH. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied for all services.

    A 50% minimum is due upon booking to reserve the time and date. Full payment is due no more than 48 hours after the event.

  • HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK FOR OFF-SITES?

    Typically, the POC provides a company credit that is used to book and reserve the experiences. All experiences are approved by the POC prior to purchase. Our curation fee varies depending on the level of involvement and is agreed upon prior to curation.

  • CAN MY WELLNESS EVENT BE REIMBURSED BY COMPANY INSURANCE?

    It depends on your company insurance plan, but in many cases, YES. Touch base with your broker. You can learn more HERE.

  • WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Once materials have been shipped to the participants, the deposit is non-refundable. We’re happy to reschedule an event at no extra cost as long as two weeks’ notice is provided. Rescheduling with less than two weeks’ notice is subject to a $150 fee.

  • WHO HOSTS THE EVENTS?

    All events are hosted by Danielle Schulz unless specified otherwise.

  • HOW MUCH LEAD TIME IS REQUIRED?

    For experiences with kits, we like a lead time of at least 3 weeks. For company wellness classes without kits, we can accommodate you within 2-3 days based on availability.

  • FOR THE EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL, DO YOU PROVIDE A NON-ALCOHOLIC ALTERNATIVE?

    Yes. We offer an equally appealing non-alcoholic beverage to those who request it. We make this option available anonymously when participants fill out the address-collection form.

  • WHICH VIDEO PLATFORM DO YOU USE FOR VIRTUAL EXPERIENCES?

    Our preferred video platform is Zoom for which we’ll send a link from our end. However, we’re able to use other platforms if preferred (e.g. GVC, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc).

  • FOR VIRTUAL EVENTS, HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT ADDRESS COLLECTION?

    We’ll create a Google Forms link for easy address collection. This link can be sent to the participants by the organizer.
